- How will technicians solve my problem?
Once connected, your technician will request to take control of your system. Special software(small and safe for your machine) will be automatically downloaded to your PC and your tech will remotely resolve your issue.
- A tech will take control of my system? Is that safe?
Sure is! Just click the mouse anywhere on the screen to regain control of your PC.
- What plans do you offer?
We offer special SoHo/Enterprise packages. Your plan is largely dependant upon the call volume and amount of users supported. Call us for a price quote.
